Fast, Safe Delivery & Returns

We know shipping costs are expensive, therefore, we negotiate the best shipping terms on your behalf with our third party shippers.  We charge a tiered shipping rate of either $9.95, $19.95 or $29.95, dependent on the nature of the order, in the 48 contiguous states within the United States.  We are unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Most orders will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.

We ship in stock items as soon as possible.  Items will generally be shipped between 2 and 6 business days and are delivered within 4 to 10 business days.  Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is currently not in supply. In instances of force majeure, it is natural that the processing of orders could be delayed or cancelled by us in extraordinary circumstances.  In order for you to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.  We use third party shippers and we must be given ample time to notify them before the order leaves the warehouse.  In any event, notwithstanding the aforementioned instances, you can be assured that your order will be processed in as expedient a manner as possible, weather and other natural occurrences permitting.  Some shipments may require a signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required.  If signature is required, the shipper could make up to 3 attempts to make said delivery.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased that was delivered to you, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange, within two weeks of you receiving the items. However, the costs of returns is your responsibility.  Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
